At Upstate Stand Down day, all veterans in need and their family members are provided toiletry/comfort kits. They each are given a canvas bag stuffed with hygiene and toiletry supplies to take with them. These are fundamental items that are desperately needed. Five hundred (500) toiletry/comfort kits for distribution to participants is planned for 2018 Upstate Stand Down.  Please see items needed to date below and contact Operation Restoration/Upstate Stand Down at UPSTATE STAND DOWN,  if you or your organization would like to donate items.
